CBC Student Camp is centered around Jesus. Middle and high school students and their leaders get away during summer break to gather together for an intentional time of worship, teaching and building community. Not to forget — tons of competitive fun during Squad Wars. Our prayer is that camp would be an integral part in equipping students to know and follow Jesus better.
Worship
A integral part of Student Camp is a daily time of worship. Throughout the week, your students will begin and end their day being led by a guest worship team.
Squad Wars
Squad Wars are a huge part of camp! Every student will be placed on a Squad and participate in high stakes, competitive challenges all week long to determine the 2024 Squad Wars Champion!
Teaching
The beginning and end of each day at camp include a message given by our guest speaker along with our CBC Student pastors. This year our theme is “For Such a Time as This”, where students will be encouraged and reminded of their purpose exactly where they currently are.

Lakeview Camp & Retreat Center Waxahachie, TX
Middle School Camp features worship, messages from guest speakers, outdoor competitions, free time at the lake and more! Students are placed in small groups by grade and will get to participate in worship, messages from guest speakers, Squad Wars competitions and be encouraged in their relationship with Jesus.
Free Time Activities include inflatable lake games, pool, volleyball, gaga ball, indoor and outdoor basketball, field games and more!
High School Camp
High School Camp provides a unique experience for students currently in 9-12th grade to stay on campus at Texas Tech University. Students are placed in small groups by grade and will get to participate in worship, messages from guest speakers, Squad Wars competitions and be encouraged in their relationship with Jesus.
